The price of the products (including tax) is displayed on the website,The  price of the product does not include delivery,an extra fee needs to be paid for delivery.Please note that the customer will be charged with all import taxes, customs duties and handling charges that are different in each country.The prices of the products are indicated in British pound sterling ( £ ).Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.You are required to pay before  proceeding with your order.Payment methods are presented in the checkout form.Payments by cheque   are not accepted.Payment is made via the secure server of our partner, Stripe, a secure payment operator.

DELIVERY

ZENZAR will not process any order  for which a post office box or hotel address is provided.When supplying your delivery address, you must ensure the information given is both accurate and complete. We cannot be held liable for any inability to deliver the product(s) ordered in the event of an error in the recipient’s delivery address details.Please note that the customer will be charged with all import taxes, customs duties and handling charges that are different in each country.Free delivery includes UK only.

 

SIGNATURE REQUIRED

 

A signature of an adult aged 18 years or old  may be required for delivery.Consumers assumes all responsibility once a signature is obtained at the delivery address.

 

OUR RIGHT TO CANCEL

 

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. For your security and to avoid any fraudulent transactions, your billing name and address must match that of the credit card used for payment. Some reasons why your order can be cancelled :

 - Difficulty in processing payment information;

-The address provided cannot be found

 - Item(s) not available;

If your order is cancelled by us, you will receive an email to explain the reason for the cancellation. Your original payment method will be refunded for the appropriate amount.

 

QUANTITY RESTRICTION

ZENZAR is committed to providing the highest quality service  to our clients,to ensure that, you may not order on the ZENZAR.CO.UK more than eight (8)  items of the same SKU number within a period of thirty (30) calendar days

 

YOU RIGHTS TO CANCEL

You have a legal right to cancel your orders. In order to cancel an order that has already shipped, please return your order once received in accordance with our return policy.

 

 

 

RETURNS

 

 You have all the rights to return a product. If you are returning products, the  products and complimentary items must be received at our distribution centre   no later than 14 days after the date you tell us you have changed your mind to maintain your entitlement to a refund .If the package or the product inside is damaged,please notify us and the company  that made the delivery,take  photo of the package  but do not open it,keep it in the conditions it was sent,until further notice. Please ensure that the returned parcel is properly sealed and meet our return policy.When the product is returned,you will be refunded in full amount,within 14 days.if  within 14 days,the payment has not been made in your account please let us.If the product is damaged,opened,used,it is not in the conditions in which it was delivered  we have the right to not accept it.
