We work hard for customers to be happy with our products, but if you want to return any product of course you can.

 

RETURN POLICY

 

 

  • Customers can return a product within 14  days of receipt for any reason.

  • The product must be in its original condition and packaging with all original accessories and documentation.

  • Customers must provide proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation email or invoice.

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the product is defective or an error was made by the store.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 business days of receiving the returned product.

  • Some products may not be eligible for return, such as customized or personalized items.

  • If a customer wishes to exchange a product, they must first return the original item and place a new order for the desired item.

  • The store reserves the right to refuse a return or charge a restocking fee if the product is returned in a condition that is not resellable.

  • We reserve the right to refuse a return,if the product it's been damaged or used.
  • If a customer receives a free gift with their purchase and wishes to return the product, they must also return the free gift.
  • If a product is returned after the 14 -day window, the store may refuse the return or issue a store credit instead of a refund.

  • In cases where we made an error, such as shipping the wrong product or quantity, the store will cover the cost of return shipping and offer a full refund or replacement.

  • If the package or the product inside is damaged,please notify us and the company  that made the delivery,take  photo of the package  but do not open it,keep it in the conditions it was sent,until further notice,
