To make a return, you must complete our return form.

Standard delivery 2 -5 working days.

If you received a gift with your order and you are returning the entire purchase,then we would also like you to return your gift with your return shipment. If you wish to keep this, we will deduct the purchase amount of your gift from the amount to be returned.

If you have not received a confirmation email within 24 hours or dispatch email within three working days after ordering, please check your junk/spam folder and any secondary email addresses you may have used before contacting us.

 You may accidentally make the incorrect choice, or change your mind. After placing your order, we can no longer change this for you. After receiving your products you can of course return them within 14 days,

In cases where we made an error, such as shipping the wrong product or quantity, the store will cover the cost of return shipping and offer a full refund or replacement.

You can create a new password through our password reset process. After entering your email address during login, you can click the Forgot password link. We will then immediately send you an email with instructions on how to create a new password

Please allow 14 working days from the date your order is returned for your refund to be processed,If within 14 days,the payment has not been made in your account please let us know  sales@zenzar.co.uk and our team will assist you.
